This is one of the very songs with a vocal range that I can cover....as opposed to Mr. Mercury's impossibly great skillset. This song always conjures up teen-aged feelings for me. The music was like a soundtrack to the high-school experience. Thanks for the memories....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1171012458828071798.post-24306256437635558072008-06-14T11:14:00.000-04:002008-06-14T11:14:00.000-04:00Whoops, forgot to post the link:http://www.youtube...Whoops, forgot to post the link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlSyj2fJPkoMombihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16687618395919000451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1171012458828071798.post-68557981166387701432008-06-14T11:13:00.000-04:002008-06-14T11:13:00.000-04:00I'm not normally one to point to a cover of a song...I'm not normally one to point to a cover of a song, but I have to say that it actually makes me proud of my generation that one of our beloved bands had the good sense to cover this soon (pretty well) and that it was quite popular. I think I was in the 7th or 8th grade and I loved it, but I do love the warmth of the original.

But not bad for a cover. Go "Boyz II Men!"

xoxo, MombiMombihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16687618395919000451noreply@blogger.com
