I always get those guys mixed up and have to sort through them one-by-one to get it straightened out. I had no idea of the Smothers Brothers connection. For me it was the song that played endlessly behind the local time/temperature channel when I was a kid. (Did every town have one of those? It was channel 2 when I grew up.
